History
Escape Litigation will monthly present the history of each modality of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) (arbitration, mediation, negotiation(s), ombudsmen, minitrials and conciliation).
Development of each modality through to the twenty first (21st) century will be given with concentration on full explanations and applications of each in lieu of litigation. Articles, discussions, talking points, theories and elements of each modality will be presented to further knowledge and application of ADR in lieu of litigation. Legislation of ADR will be given through the United States state by state, with legislation, custom and usage from other cultures and countries. The historical section of the newsletter will allow the reader to gain a holistic view of ADR and usage in lieu of litigation.
