The editor of escape litigation practiced law for twenty two (22) years in civil, probate, domestic and criminal courts. He completed a Masters degree program in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) going through a doctoral program in the same discipline presently being ABD (all but dissertation) and a doctoral candidate.
His aim and goal is to empower readers not trained or formally educated in ADR to find alternatives to litigation. He has presented workshops on anger, depression, anxiety, HMO and medication management with emphasis on ADR techniques. He is certified by the National Institute of Health (NIH) as a human qualitative analysis researcher.
The publication’s writer is expert in the field of of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) with emphasis on ADR techniques between post secondary institutions and their learning disabled students. He has extensive experience in litigation with years spent inside courtrooms seeing for himself the waste of money, time and human resources.
